Core Fitness, Wellness & Exercise,LLC is a health and wellness facility specializing in general fitness, post-rehabilitation training and support, and exercise management for those dealing with chronic health conditions, including but not limited too, osteoporosis, arthritis, and back pain.
Private sessions are offered by owner, Denise Pontbriand to address target specific concerns. Whether one is recovering from an injury or dealing with a chronic condition, Denise’s extensive rehabilitation background enables her to offer progressive one on one post-rehabilitative programs necessary to restore strength and mobility, improve balance and coordination, and reinforce optimal moving patterns. She works closely with the client’s physician and physical therapist.

Prenatal Fitness and exercise classes are lead by certified instructors. Healthy Moms prenatal exercise and prenatal yoga are just some of the classes offered to keep you healthy and fit during your pregnancy.
Equestrian Strength Training
Owner, Denise Pontbriand also has experience in equestrian strength training. Off-horse equestrian strength training helps improve posture, alignment and correct movement patterns will help you ride better. Our staff prides itself on it’s experience and knowledge in their area of expertise with a common goal of assisting client’s in achieving their fitness objectives.
